The fastest way to reach me is email:

exitclause@docsanddeadlines.com

I read everything. I reply to most things within a few days, though it can take longer during busy weeks.

What I'd especially like to hear about

Corrections. If an importer now carries a field it used to drop, an export screen has moved, a seat minimum has changed, or a plan tier no longer includes what a guide says it includes, please tell me — ideally with what you actually saw on your own account, and roughly when. Vendors change this behaviour without announcing it, and someone who ran the migration last week knows before I re-check the documentation. Corrections get applied, the verification date is re-stamped, and the change is noted on the page.

Gaps. If you were part-way through a switch, searched for what happens to one specific thing — a field, an attachment, a recurring charge, a webhook — and found nothing straight anywhere, that is exactly the kind of thing worth writing up. Tell me which two products and which specific thing.

Questions. I cannot read your contract for you, and I can't tell you which product to move to — this site does not rank tools and I am not going to do it privately by email either. But if you are stuck on a practical step in a migration or a cancellation and think I may have hit the same wall, ask.

What I can't help with

  • Recommending a product, or telling you which of two tools to choose
  • Interpreting your SaaS agreement, or any legal, accounting, or tax question
  • Doing a migration for you, or referring you to an agency
  • Requests to publish sponsored posts, paid guest articles, or link insertions
